Shipping & Delivery: Shipping is based on volume and your choice. We have options available for UPS ground, overnight, next day and USPS Flat Rate boxes. Shipping times vary depending on your distance from our territory, generally 1-5 business days delivery time.
Privacy & Security: Your privacy is our first policy. We use your information solely for your order and for internal use. We may use your email address for future newsletters, which can be opted out of in the email. All of your payment information is used for the order it is intended for and then removed from our systems.
Returns & Replacements: We will replace any defective item that goes out, please contact us to get a replacement on the way to you.
Ordering: Ordering is available by phone, email or through our website's shopping cart. Orders placed by email will have to be confirmed for accuracy and legitimacy.
Viewing Orders: You may view your order by logging into our website with your login and password to view the status of your order.
